Exchange 

If your order has been damaged or you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange your item at no extra cost. 

• Exchanges must be made within 10 days of the original purchase. 
• Contact us via email support@rockbros.com.au to make this request with your order number, exchange and reason. 

RETURNING ITEMS

We accept returns within 14 days of original purchase.

• All items must returned in new condition with original packaging.
• The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• To request a return, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and reason.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
• Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.
