ROCKBROS reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund will be issued. This can take 4-12 weeks to happen.
If have a claim for a warranty, then:

- Provide Information: Share proof of purchase, reason and order number
- Review: Our team will review your reason for replacement.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Modification or alteration of accessories and parts
- Normal wear and tear
Based on the reason for your warranty claim, we may offer one of the following:
